Spotlight Feature: Jason’s Low Key G35
Emphasis on low. Jason Chao’s G35 is low, clean, shaven, and (almost) ready for a feature.
I first came across Jason’s clean 2005 G35 a couple years ago, back when we were co-workers. However, much has changed since then, so I knew I would have to call him up for an update. When I told him that I would be doing my first shoot for CarsxHype, his main concern was his rim situation. “I’m not ready yet man, I need to get my rims on first.” But I assured him that his car was still clean enough to cover.
You see, Jason is still waiting on his VarrStoen 3.3.2′s to come in. Once he gets them, he should be set. But as any can tell, his car is still clean, and his choice to keep the exterior low key, rather than “over the top” throughout the car’s life has paid off. The Infiniti G35 in both coupe and sedan form lies at the pinnacle of luxury and style. Jason chose to keep the exterior clean and retain its natural style by shaving the emblems and sticking close to his chosen color scheme.

The G35′s tail lights are one of its defining features that express the luxury side of Infiniti. Jason’s decision to keep them red rather than a blackout makes them the one color breaking up his black/metallic color scheme.
You’ve got to love this front end. A very nice drop too. Clean and simple.
