This particular Elise is painted Lotus racing green with a custom yellow interior. The owner also added the yellow and white stripes to match the interior. Beyond that, this particular Elise doesn’t have any other mods, and it doesn’t need any. The Elise is world renown for its amazing handling characteristics right out of the box.
The Elise may not have any cup-holders or carpets but that’s not what the car is for. You’re not supposed to hit the drive-thru in your Elise, you’re supposed to take it out to your favorite back road and throw it around a little bit, it is the definition of a fun car. With used ones priced around $28,000, the Elise is the smart man’s dream car.
