StanceNation 2014 | Dallas, Texas

StanceNation brought out some of the craziest build in Texas! This was the first time they have ever brought this event to Dallas Market Hall in Texas. Cars ranged from a 1929 Ford Model A to many VIP builds to an insane Nissan Titan! Everyone has a different taste, and this year they had almost everything covered. I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people at this event although I was mostly busy answering questions about my ride but overall the people I met all had a passion about their builds. Everyone was happy that this event came by Dallas and I manage to sneak away to snap some of the event. As I previously said, I was pretty busy answering questions about my Lexus as seen below with the lovely Cynthia Nguyen.

Of course I have to promote my ride a bit, so here she is, my Aimgain IS. Thanks again to Cynthia Nguyen for posing ontop of her.

One of many VIP Lexus at the show!

As expected with big shows, many builds such as Alexx Kings came down to the wire, finishing within the final few days prior to the event. I’m glad he went ahead and dipped the whole car. This amazing machine sits on VIP Modualrs VX110 perfectly STATIC!!!

A timeless build was Ian Beam’s GS300. His GS never gets old to me. Eventhing about the car just hits you when you are looking at it. The clean lines and simplistic details keep you drawn in for what could seem like hours.

Brian drove this beauty all the was from Florida to be apart of the show! The work on his widebody was flawless. Car is sitting nicely on Vip Modulars VR12 and this bad boy took home Best Honda.

Team Nemesis brought over 18 cars to the show and boy they sure did clean out. They took home 9 awards!
1st Place Best Team – Team Nemesis
1st Place Best Scion – Patrick Leong
1st Place Best Mitsubishi – Nicholas Sun
1st Place Best Accord – Michael Myers
2nd Best Domestic – Mike Baltrell
2nd Best Genesis – Chris Garza
2nd Best Stance – Michael Nguyen
3rd Best Stance – Chris Garza
3rd Best Audi – Brendan Hinds

Chris Garza took home 2 awards. 2nd Best Genesis and 3rd Best Stance! Congrats brotha!

Too much class in Duy’s GS350 FSport equiped with AG F431.

The show defiantly brought out the kids as well. These kids actually ran more camber than half of the cars out there. Looks like the youngins’ are keeping the camber game alive.

As I  was walking around outside, I caught a glimpse of this beauty rolling into the show. This amazing machine belongs to Thomas Ho and it sits on AG F520

Also outside was this badass Genesis on Work Varianza T1s…. this thing has murder written all over it. Beware…

Mayday Garage brought out their gorgeous FD RX7.

It probably has to be one of my favorite FDs, especially at this specific venue.

Jimmy’s accord looks like it had just been shipped here from Thailand! His Body kit is 1 of 2 in the United States. Its took home Futura Design’s Choice Award this past weekend. Good stuff Jimmy!

Jack’s Turbo TL’s trunk set up got me feeling some type of way! It’s automotive art work. The way the polished hard lines stand out against the black lining and red diamond stitched trunk is simply stunning.

Andee Phan from AP Garage brought his Infiniti M35. Simply put, is nothing short of spectacular. He took home 2nd place VIP.

Khamla from Kustomz Unlimited Truck was flawless! The attention to detail on this Nissan Titan was amazing. Quality work from a quality dude. It took home Best Sound.

Can’t go wrong with these AG F140 on Roy’s Wide body is300.

A brother from another white mother… Adams Supercharged Is250 equipped with Work VS-XX.

Plenty of beautiful ladies left and right walking around and enjoying the show with us! Got to meet some of the new CupCake Models while i was there.

Best Infiniti goes to one of the cleanest builds. “If you aint tucking we aint ______”

Simple and very clean setup! Wish i could of got a couple more shots!

This little man even found his future ride at the event! Or maybe just his reflection. We hope it’s the first one though.

This was nuts to me. This is exactly how I would build a genesis if I ever owned one.

S2Carbonworks brought their A game and Had a ton of Junction Produce items that you could mostly only buy from them! I ended up spending a couple hundred here.

Sean’s Accord was sitting very nice on these Work Ryvers! Any wheel whore knows that’s it’s getting hard to find these. Props to you, Sean!

Lunch break time.

When I was walking around outside earlier I saw this guy cleaning up the ruckus  in 98 degree weather…. I thought to myself wow that’s some dedication there and it turned out great!

Say hello to the CLEANEST Prelude! It never cease to amaze me the work on this is top notch, from the shaved bay to the JDM red interior it was AMAZING.

Can’t get any better fitted then Mike Baltrell’s ATS on VX910 This ride took home Best 2nd domestic.

Something about this color combo…

Michael Nguyen’s Bagged out 350z on Luxury Abstract Jungo.

When I walked into the show, this was the first thing that caught my attention! This 1929 Ford Model A hot rod took home Best Domestic!

Aubre Houck took home an award with her stunning 240sx although which award it was escapes me at the moment…

No Show is complete unless you have a beautiful NSX in it!

I can’t tell you how much i love Cutis’ 350z on Ordens! It makes me miss mine when I use to own one.

This is your average soccer moms Honda Odyssey. CVT Design flipped this thing out into a straight show car!

A good buddy of ours from Team Apokalypse, Manny’s Tsx on LXZ.

Rear Camber got my head twisted sideways. Props to the owner!

Tom’s Syhachack s2000 will always be a show stopper. The time and work that is put into this thing is unbelievable. Tom took home StanceNations BEST OF SHOW! Those Car Shop Glow tail lights are hard to come by here in the states too.

During the show I caught my two on my biggest competitors from Houston looking for neck braces inside of my car.

Done right!!!

Had the chance to meet this humble man. Thomas’ GS had all his personality in it and it screams originality as well. He gave us a couple of words of advice and I’m going to take it all in. Thank you Thomas for the humbling words and inspiration.

After 2 months in the shop, I had just finished my car, so this was her first show! I took home 3rd StanceNation Choice award and 2nd Best in show!
